在多栋高层建筑之下建有连通的地下室,由于地下室不允许断开,因此不设沉降缝和抗震缝,不均匀沉降可由后浇带或加强基础底板等方式解决,而这类结构的抗震目前尚沿用以往单栋建筑的分析方法,未考虑大底盘的影响。在分析时考虑上部结构与地基基础共同作用,根据三者共同作用的特点,建立考虑上部结构与地基基础共同作用的有限元模型,并用这一模型对结构与地基动力共同作用问题进行分析及计算工作,从计算结果中得出了一些有益的研究结论。
