随着电力体制改革的不断深入,政府和社会对电力市场服务提出了越来越高的要求,电力事业进入高速发展阶段,电力营销由以生产为中心阶段进入以消费者为中心阶段。提供良好的服务,是以消费者为中心最为直接的体现,也是增供扩销必不可少的条件。基于此,本文就如何开展电力客户服务问题做了一些分析与思考。
With the deepening of the reform of the power system, the government and society put forward increasingly high demands on the power market services. The power industry has entered a stage of rapid development. Power marketing has entered the consumer-centered stage from the production-centered stage. To provide good service is the most direct manifestation of the consumer-centric, but also an indispensable supply and demand expansion. Based on this, this paper does some analysis and reflection on how to carry out electricity customer service.
