目的了解攀枝花市某小型彩印厂采用新工艺、新材料后在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素的浓(强)度是否降低,为从源头预防、控制职业病提供技术依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、对比分析相结合的原则进行定性、定量分析评价。结果调查显示,该项目中存在的主要职业病危害因素是噪声、粉尘、二甲苯、甲醛。化学毒物浓度检测6个岗位,合格率为100%,粉尘浓度检测4个岗位,合格率为100%;噪声强度测定6个岗位,合格率为100%。改造后除噪声值稍有增加外,其他因素接触程度均明显下降。结论采用新技术、新设备、新材料及卫生防护措施,能够降低印刷作业场所工作人员对职业病危害因素的接触浓度和强度。
Objective To understand whether the concentration (strong) degree of occupational hazards in the production process of a small color printing plant in Panzhihua City after adoption of new technology or new material is reduced, so as to provide technical basis for preventing and controlling occupational diseases from the source. Methods The methods of occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and contrastive analysis were used to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation. The results of the survey showed that the main occupational hazards that exist in the project are noise, dust, xylene and formaldehyde. Chemical poison concentration test six positions, the pass rate was 100%, dust concentration test four positions, the pass rate was 100%; noise intensity determination of six positions, with a pass rate of 100%. In addition to a slight increase in noise after the renovation, the exposure of other factors dropped significantly. Conclusions The adoption of new technologies, new equipment, new materials and health protection measures can reduce the exposure concentration and intensity of occupational hazards among staff in printing sites.
