目的和方法:在电导率不同的3种液态媒质中,采集39只豚鼠肉体心脏左右室壁外侧不同测试点的心电图,比较不同液态媒质中相同测试点的R波振幅,以查明液态媒质电导率对其电势分布的影响。结果电导率高的生理盐水中,心电电势的降落比在电导率低的5%葡萄糖液、蒸馏水中的电势降落都显著(P<0.01)。结论液态媒质的电导率与其电势成负相关,心电是以电场的方式分布于媒质中。
PURPOSE AND METHODS: The electrocardiogram (ECG) of 39 guinea pigs on the left and right lateral ventricular wall were collected from three kinds of liquid media with different conductivities. The R wave amplitudes of the same test points in different liquid media were compared to find out the effect of liquid medium conductance Effect of rate on its potential distribution. Results In physiological saline with high conductivity, the drop of ECG potential was significantly lower than that of 5% glucose solution and distilled water with low conductivity (P <0.01). Conclusion The conductivity of liquid medium is negatively correlated with its potential. The ECG is distributed in the medium by electric field.
