以半年生长势良好的盆栽翠云草为试材,设绿色光质处理R_1、红色光质处理R_2、黄色光质处理R_3、紫色光质处理R_4共4个处理,以白色光质处理R0为对照,进行不同光质处理6个月后,比较叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、叶绿素a/b、类胡萝卜素、花色素苷含量变化,研究不同光质处理对翠云草叶色变化的影响。结果表明:绿色光质处理R_1下花色苷含量最高,叶色表现出特殊的蓝绿色;白色光质处理R_0下类胡萝卜素含量最高,而花色苷含量最低,说明翠云草叶片受到胁迫,叶片呈现的红色是类胡萝卜素的颜色而不是花色苷的颜色。方差分析表明,不同光质处理对翠云草叶片中花色素苷含量影响极显著,而对叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量影响不显著。
With good growth potential of Cucumenianum as test material for six months, four treatments including green photoprocessing R_1, red photoprocessing R_2, yellow photoprocessing R_3 and purple photoprocessing R_4, After 6 months of different light quality treatments, the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a + b, chlorophyll a / b, carotenoid and anthocyanin in leaves were compared. Effect of leaf color change. The results showed that the content of anthocyanin was highest under green light quality treatment and the leaf color showed special blue-green color. Under white light quality treatment R_0, the content of carotenoid was the highest while the content of anthocyanin was the lowest. The red color presented is the color of the carotenoid rather than the color of the anthocyanin. Analysis of variance showed that the effects of different light treatments on the anthocyanin content of Cuvoyu grass leaves were significant but not significant for the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoids.
