谈判是现代领导日常工作中的一项重要业务。秘书和秘书部门是领导的参谋和助手,为领导提供适当的辅助性工作是其职责所在,因此有必要掌握一些谈判知识。沃顿商学院教授斯图尔特·戴蒙德先生根据自己20多年的谈判经验,总结出了“现实利益最大化模式”(即四象限谈判模式)。这一模式较为准确地提供了一个组织性原则,把谈判过程分为四个象限、20个步骤,秘书的辅助作用在不少步骤中有所体现。
Negotiation is an important business in the daily work of modern leadership. Secretarial and secretarial departments are the staff and assistants of the leadership. It is their duty to provide appropriate supporting work for the leadership and it is therefore necessary to have some knowledge of the negotiations.
