山东鲁王集团有限公司成立于1994年,是以面粉加工为龙头,集食品加工、仓储、运输、装潢印刷等为一体的国家级综合型企业。该公司下辖濉溪县鲁王制粉有限公司、周口鲁王集团面粉有限公司、衡水鲁王制粉有限公司三个控股子公司。核心母公司注册资金5960万元,截至目前,公司拥有资产42000万元,流动资产13000余万元。占地面积36万平方米,拥有干部职工1600余人。公司成立了营销部、公关部、供应部、审计部、企划部等组成的事业部管理机构,始终坚持“凡事有人负责、凡事有章可循、凡事有据可查、凡事有人监督”的方针;依靠雄厚的技术力量和精湛的加工技艺,打造出了质量长期稳定的“鲁王”牌产品,并且在同行业中率先通过了ISO9001质量管理体系认证,为公司产品质量管理工作奠定了坚实的基础。目前公司拥有面粉生产线八条,挂面生产线十条,日处理小麦3600余吨,年加工小麦40余万吨,2011年度公司实现产值9.8亿元,实现利税2860万元。连续三年各项经济指标位居全省同行业首位。并于2008年被农业部认定为“农业产业化国家重点龙头企业”。
