目的观察养精胶囊对于KM小鼠非特异性与特异性免疫功能的影响。方法将青年KM小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、左旋咪唑对照组、养精胶囊高、中、低剂量组共6组。灌胃7d,给药第3日开始,空白对照组每日皮下注射灭菌生理盐水0.1ml/10g,其余各组皮下注射环磷酰胺40 mg/㎏,连续5 d,5日后每组分别进行碳粒廓清实验、迟发型超敏反应实验(DTH)、鸡红细胞溶血素实验。结果养精胶囊能明显对抗环磷酰胺对小鼠吞噬功能的抑制作用,使低下的DTH升高,同时可以回升环磷酰胺所致的免疫低下小鼠的溶血素水平。结论养精胶囊可以从特异性和非特异性两方面增强小鼠的免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effect of Yangjing Capsule on nonspecific and specific immune function of KM mice. Methods The young KM mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, levamisole control group and Yangjing Capsule high, medium and low dose groups. Gavage 7d, starting on the 3rd day, the blank control group were subcutaneously injected with sterile saline 0.1ml / 10g daily, and the rest were subcutaneously injected with cyclophosphamide 40 mg / kg for 5 consecutive days. After 5 days, Carbon clearance test, delayed hypersensitivity reaction test (DTH), chicken erythrocyte hemolysin test. Results Yangjing capsule could obviously antagonize the inhibitory effect of cyclophosphamide on the phagocytosis of mice and elevate the low DTH, meanwhile, it could elevate the hemolysin level of immunosuppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide. Conclusion Yangjing Capsule can enhance the immune function of mice in both specificity and nonspecificity.
