我国皮革制品产业经过三十多年发展之后,各种弊端日渐凸显,其创新能力不足,产品同质化严重,品牌培育滞后,是导致产品在市场竞争乏力的主要因素。在目前日益严峻的市场环境下,企业转型升级迫在眉睫。但如何转?怎么转?没有一个固定的模式可供借鉴。本刊撷取金步文化发展有限公司从传统产业向文化产业转型的有益经验,以期引导行业企业在转型中实现良性发展。
After more than 30 years of development, China’s leather products industry has become more prominent due to various drawbacks. Its lack of innovative capability, serious homogeneity of products and lagging branding are the main factors that lead to weak competition in the market. In the current increasingly harsh market environment, the transformation and upgrading of enterprises is imminent. But how to turn? How to turn? There is no fixed model for reference.
