校内开放性实训基地建设不仅是应用型人才培养的重要保障,也是创新办学体制机制和人才培养模式、深化教育教学改革的重要抓手。校内开放性实训基地建设包括运行机制建设、硬件条件建设、师资队伍建设和企业文化建设,在建设过程中,针对生产与教学的矛盾、实训运行成本偏高、整体管理难度较大等问题,应遵循教学为本、机制优先、专业差异性和选择性开放的原则。
