在玉米不同生育时期,采用自然低温和人工控制低温研究玉米的地方品种、杂交种和自交系的种子发芽势、出苗指数、感温指数、幼苗干鲜重、籽粒灌浆速度、籽粒干物质累积和细胞膜透性等7个指标的耐冷特征。结果表明:在一定低温条件下,耐冷性与细胞耐脱水力成正相关,与叶片萎蔫度成负相关。叶片萎蔫度与细胞的电解质和钾离子外渗率成正相关。作者认为:吉林省玉米耐冷性研究应重视种子萌动、苗期和灌浆期,并以生育前期为重点。
At different growth stages of maize, the seed germination potential, seedling index, temperature-sensitive index, dry and fresh weight of seedlings, grain filling rate, grain dry matter accumulation of local cultivars, hybrids and inbred lines studied by natural low temperature and artificially controlled low temperature And cell membrane permeability and other seven indicators of cold tolerance. The results showed that under certain low temperature, cold tolerance was positively correlated with dehydration resistance of cells, and negatively correlated with leaf wilting degree.
