【目的】研究白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂、管氏肿腿蜂对杨十斑吉丁虫的防治技术。【方法】利用参试肿腿蜂引种地区与释放地区的自然条件、气侯条件、植被区系、白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂生物生态学特性、与寄主的吻合性等方面进行适应性分析。在室内24℃恒温、RH70%条件下,测定白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂、管氏肿腿蜂对杨十斑吉丁1~3龄幼虫的室内控制作用,研究不同龄期的寄主、不同虫蜂比例对2种肿腿蜂的寄生效果的影响。【结果】引种区和释放区的肿腿蜂生存生境相似,符合天敌昆虫引种的标准。在室内一定温湿度条件下,两种肿腿蜂在对不同龄期寄主的寄生试验中均表现为2龄、3龄的幼虫寄主较1龄幼虫寄主的寄生率、单管产卵量、单管出蜂数有显著性差异,而仔蜂雌性率没有显著性差异;两种肿腿蜂在不同虫蜂比例试验中均表现为3种虫蜂比例的寄生率、单管产卵量、单管出蜂数有显著性差异,仔蜂雌性率没有显著性差异。【结论】在室内24℃恒温、RH70%条件下,用杨十斑吉丁虫的2龄、3龄幼虫、虫蜂比例为1∶3时寄生效果较佳。
