目的:了解我院门诊药物咨询的内容,进一步提高医院药学服务质量。方法:对门诊药房近两年来药物咨询记录进行分析、总结。结果:咨询药物最多的是抗感染药、心血管系统用药及内分泌系统用药。咨询内容为药物的用法用量、服药时间、不良反应、药物相互作用、药品价格、药品是否参保等。结论:开展药物咨询是提高药学服务质量的重要内容,同时可促进药学人员的提高业务技能。
Objectives: To understand the content of outpatient drug consultation in our hospital and to further improve the quality of hospital pharmacy services. Methods: Outpatient pharmacies in the past two years to analyze the drug advisory records, concluded. Results: Most of the consulting drugs were anti-infectives, cardiovascular system and endocrine system. Consultation content for the amount of drug usage, medication time, adverse reactions, drug interactions, drug prices, drugs are insured and so on. CONCLUSIONS: Conducting drug counseling is an important part of improving the quality of pharmacy services and at the same time promoting the improvement of business skills of pharmacy staff.
