东北红豆杉古树是宝贵的基因资源。我们采用反复扦插方法对300、500、600年生东北红豆杉古树复壮技术进行了探讨。结果表明:(1)东北红豆杉插穗因母树年龄升高生根率降低。母树年龄为600年生时,插穗生根率为25%。(2)插穗类型不同生根率不同。插穗枝龄越大生根率越低,插穗生根率与枝条来自树冠不同方位(东、西、南、北)之间没有呈现出规律性变化,没有明显的位置效应。(3)以腐殖土+珍珠岩(2∶1)为基质时东北红豆杉插穗生根率很高(96%)。(4)再扦插时,穗条生根率大幅提高,表明通过反复扦插可以实现东北红豆杉古树复壮的目的。
Old yew tree is a valuable genetic resource. We use repeated cutting method to 300, 500, 600 years of old trees in Northeast China fir rejuvenation technology were discussed. The results showed that: (1) Taxus cuspidata cut rooting rate decreased due to the age of the mother tree. When the mother tree is 600 years old, the rooting rate of cuttings is 25%. (2) Different types of rooting rate of different rooting. The lower the rooting rate, the more rooting rate was, the rooting rate of cuttings and branches from different directions of crown (east, west, south, north) showed no regular change and no obvious location effect. (3) The rooting rate of Taxus cuspidata was high (96%) with humus + perlite (2:1) as substrate. (4) Re-cutting, the rooting rate of spikes significantly increased, indicating that by repeated cutting can be achieved the purpose of rejuvenating the old trees of Taxus cuspidata.
