零件热处理的目的,是通过热处理以获得理想的机械性能。要达到这个目的,设计人员在选择材料和确定热处理的技术要求时,应与热处理工艺人员密切配合,才能得到理想的结果。同样,机加工工艺和热处理工艺之间相互切磋,合理安排工艺流程,共同摸索热处理的变形规律等,也将对保证零件的加工质量起着重要作用。生产实践证明:热处理工艺与设计、机加工工艺是相互促进,只有共同努力,才能使设计、工艺水平得到提高。一、材料的选择
