石油部从美国“Rexnord”公司引进了27台HDS-E型和SPDM-E型拌和机。 1980年8月“Rexnord”公司六名技术人员来我国青海省石油管理局茫崖地区进行了技术培训,并使用了拌和机和其它进口配套机械,修筑了300米水泥稳定材料路段和800米沥青稳定材料路段,路宽为7米。现将拌和机及施工情况分述如下:
The Oil Division imported 27 HDS-E and SPDM-E mixers from the U.S. “Rexnord” company. In August 1980, six technicians from “Rexnord” Company went to Mangya area of Qinghai Petroleum Administration of China for technical training and used mixing machines and other imported machinery to build 300 meters of cement stabilized material sections and 800 meters of asphalt Stable material sections, road width of 7 meters.
