目的探讨浙江省社区预防接种资源配置现状及公平性。方法采用描述性分析、基尼系数和泰尔指数对浙江省2013年社区预防接种资源配置的合理性及人口公平性进行分析和评价。结果浙江省预防接种门诊和工作人员按人口分布的基尼系数分别为0.403 6和0.355 4,总泰尔指数分别为0.204 4和0.207 1。无论是预防接种门诊还是工作人员,地区内泰尔指数均远大于地区间泰尔指数。结论浙江省社区预防接种资源配置的人口公平性有待提高;地区内差异是导致预防接种资源配置不公平的主要原因。
Objective To explore the status quo and equity of community vaccination in Zhejiang Province. Methods Descriptive analysis, Gini coefficient and Theil index were used to analyze and evaluate the rationality and population equity of community vaccination in Zhejiang Province in 2013. Results The Gini coefficients of population distribution of vaccination clinics and staffs in Zhejiang Province were 0.403 6 and 0.355 4, respectively. The total Tire Index was 0.204 4 and 0.207 1, respectively. Whether it is vaccination clinics or staff, the regional Theil index is far greater than the inter-region Theil index. Conclusion The population fairness of community vaccination resources allocation in Zhejiang needs to be improved. The differences among regions are the main reasons leading to the unfair allocation of vaccination resources.
