笔者回顾性观察120例静脉尿路造影(IVP)片,其中30例于IVP后复查了KUB片,发现21例IVP前、后两次KUB片上结石显影有不同程度的变化,占复查片的70％,均经B超、自排石、手术取石证实。笔者认为IVP后复查KUB片,对混合性和阴性结石的诊断有帮助,现报告如下。1 临床资料 本组21例男17例、女4例。年龄15～55岁,平均33.9岁。病史半年～4年。临床表现有腰痛、血尿。
The author retrospectively observed 120 cases of intravenous urography (IVP), of which 30 cases of KUB after IVP review and found that 21 cases of IVP before and after KUB on-chip lithotripsy have varying degrees of change, accounting for 70 %, After B ultrasound, self-discharge stone, stone surgery confirmed. I believe that review of KUB after IVP tablets, mixed and negative diagnosis of stones helpful, are as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 21 males and 17 cases, 4 females. Aged 15 to 55 years old, with an average of 33.9 years old. History of six months to 4 years. Clinical manifestations of low back pain, hematuria.
