提出了一种将广义前后向迭代方法与谱加速算法结合的快速迭代数值方法,计算了电场水平极化与电场垂直极化锥形波入射到有船目标存在的粗糙海面上时海面散射杂波与目标回波,研究了雷达散射回波与某些重要的物理参数如极化、视角(特别是低掠角)和海面风速等因素的关系,给出了相应的计算结果。
