介绍了日本铁道综合技术研究所围绕提高机车车辆快速、安全、舒适、节能等性能而目前正在研究开发和业已投入实际应用的新技术、新产品。其中包括进一步提高新干线动车高速转向架的性能、在既有线机车车辆上采用新型车体倾斜装置 ,研制可变轨距转向架、新型电气制动装置及车轮一体型牵引电动机等 ;后者包括新干线动车用无摇枕转向架 ,可改善 30 %乘坐舒适性的半主动减振器 ,可防止车轮直磨并大幅度缩短制动距离的“滑动率滑行控制”和“多模式滑行再粘着控制”制动新技术。
This paper introduces the new technologies and new products currently being researched and developed and put into practical application by Japan Institute of Railway Technology, focusing on improving the performance of locomotives such as fast, safe, comfortable and energy saving. These include the further improvement of the performance of high speed bogies for motorcycles in the Shinkansen, the introduction of new body tilting devices on existing line rolling stock vehicles, the development of variable gauge bogies, new type of electrical brake devices and wheel-integrated traction motors, etc .; the latter include Shinkansen motor bolster with bolsterless bolster, semi-active shock absorber for 30% ride comfort, “slip-on-slide control” to prevent direct wheel wear and significantly shorten braking distance and “ Control ”new braking technology.
