公路用沥青延度仪依据JJG(交通)023-2013《沥青延度试验仪计量检定规程》规定,对主要计量技术指标拉伸速度、拉伸摆动量、水温保持等采用分项手动测量及分析,现有过程规定的校准方式存在不能实时数据采集及分析、分项计量工作量大、人工参与不确定度增加等一系列问题。尤其是拉伸速度采用时间与长度分别计量,采取平均值的方式,不能反映设备的实际工作状态,计算的平均速率准确不能代表拉伸过程中速度的一贯准确性。本文根据沥青延度仪的工作原理及计量工作的需要,研发了一种集成拉伸速度、拉伸摆动量及水温测试功能的沥青延度仪主要指标校准装置,提高工作效率的同时,确保沥青延度仪主要计量技术指标的准确性。

In this paper, according to the working principle of asphalt ductility and the need of measurement work, a device for calibrating the main index of asphalt ductility with integrated tensile speed, tensile swing and water temperature test function has been developed to improve work efficiency and ensure asphalt Delay meter main measurement accuracy of technical indicators.
