社会主义市场经济体制的确立和完善,使得市场竞争变得日趋激烈,对于电力企业的市场营销工作也提出了更高的要求,不仅需要进一步提高服务质量,还必须切实做好客户关系的管理,确保留住客户,发展客户,才能够在新的市场环境下占据一个更加有利的位置,推动企业的稳步发展。本文结合客户关系管理的概念,分析了当前电力营销市场客户关系管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
The establishment and perfection of the socialist market economic system has led to an increasingly fierce market competition and raised higher requirements for the marketing work of power enterprises.
