高吸收效率与低解吸能耗的化学吸收剂是降低CO_2捕集成本的有效途径。从吸收剂的吸收速率、解吸速率、循环负载量、循环吸收量和循环效率等对不同组成的N,N-二甲基丁胺(DMBA)与N,N-二乙基乙醇胺(DEEA)水溶液的CO_2吸收解吸特性进行了研究。结果表明,此吸收剂体系CO_2吸收容量大,可达1.603 3 mol/kg,吸收CO_2后溶液会分成CO_2浓度相差较大的两相,其中富集相CO_2的浓度可达2.688 1 mol/kg,贫相CO_2的浓度为0.511 9 mol/kg。适宜的吸收剂组成为2 mol/L DMBA+4 mol/L DEEA,其循环负载量为0.193 6,循环吸收量为1.283 2 mol/kg,循环效率为96.95%。
Chemical absorbers with high absorption efficiency and low desorption energy consumption are effective ways to reduce the CO 2 capture cost. The effects of different concentrations of N, N-dimethylbutylamine (DMBA) and N, N-diethylethanolamine (DEEA) aqueous solutions on the absorption rate, the desorption rate, the cyclic loading, the cyclic absorption, The CO 2 absorption and desorption characteristics were studied.
