有的地方和单位年轻干部“好人主义”盛行,讲关系不讲原则,讲私情不讲党性,表面上的一团和气,是影响年轻干部健康成长的重大消极因素。那么,年轻干部中的“好人主义”风气从何而来?把“好人主义”视作年轻干部成熟标志是其中一因。在时下,地方基层选拔年轻干部时,比较注重干部的成熟程度。
In some places and units, young cadres are prevalent in “good people’s will.” Stressing that the relationship does not talk about principles and saying that personal feelings do not talk about party nature and superficial harmony is a major negative factor affecting the healthy growth of young cadres. So, where do the “good people” ethos in young cadres come from? It is one of the reasons why “good people” is regarded as a sign of the maturity of young cadres. At a time when the local grass-roots level selects young cadres, they pay more attention to the maturity of cadres.
