我是1988年担任炼钢厂厂长的,通过职工队伍成长的事实。我深深地认识到,企业管理的进步离不开强有力的思想政治工作,行政领导应该把思想政治工作当作自己的重要职责。我的体会和做法是: ——维护党委在企业的政治核心地位,在党委的统一领导下,充分发挥行政领导的优势,共同做好思想政治工作。作为党委成员的厂长,在加强思想政治工作中,应该认真执行党委决定,支持各职能部门和各基层支部的工作,同时根据党委内部的分工,充分运用经济手段和行政手段,最大限度地调动各方面的积极因素,化解消极因素。如在处分和扣罚职工前,要进行认真的思想教育,“箭在弦上,引而不发”往往比乱扣乱罚,随便处分的效果要好得多。一旦做出了扣罚和处分的决定,思想工作就要及时跟
