乳腺导管上皮增生具有恶变潜能,导管上皮不典型增生(AIDH)比单纯导管上皮增生(IDH)恶变潜能更大,但从病理形态上区分AIDH与IDH和导管内癌有时比较困难。细胞的失控性增殖是恶性肿瘤的基本特征之一。细胞动力学参数的测定有助于了解一系列非肿瘤状态。近年来,乳腺癌的细胞动力学研究报道较多,但有关乳腺癌癌前病变的研究报道不多见。本文用原位检测肿瘤细胞增殖状态的探针检测增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA),对30例导管上皮增生和40例导管癌(DCa)标本进行免疫组化观测,以了解乳腺癌癌前病变PCNA的表达及其与乳腺癌的关系,探讨其临床病理学意义。
The ductal hyperplasia of the breast has malignant potential, and the ductal atypical hyperplasia (AIDH) is more malignant than the ductal hyperplasia (IDH). However, it is sometimes difficult to differentiate between the AIDH and IDH and intraductal carcinoma from the pathological aspect. Uncontrolled proliferation of cells is one of the basic features of malignant tumors. The determination of cell kinetic parameters helps to understand a series of non-tumor states. In recent years, there have been many reports on cell kinetics of breast cancer, but there have been few reports on precancerous lesions of breast cancer. In this paper, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) was detected with a probe that detects the proliferation status of tumor cells in situ. Immunohistochemical observation of 30 cases of ductal epithelial hyperplasia and 40 cases of ductal carcinoma (DCa) was performed to understand the precancerous lesions of PCNA. Expression and its relationship with breast cancer, to explore its clinical pathological significance.
