农田林网生态工程是增强农区生态安全、提升农田抗干扰能力、实现农业增产丰收的人工系统工程,是干旱区农业生态系统稳定平衡的生态基础。通过对新疆Y县的考察,从营林结构、管护抚育与工程效益三个维度设计干旱区农田林网生态工程稳定性测度指标体系,应用ANP方法确定指标权重,构建农田林网生态工程运行稳定性与结构稳定性评价模型,测度并评价新疆Y县农田林网生态工程稳定性。结果表明:1)从运行稳定性来看,Y县农田林网生态工程基本处于脆弱状态,工程运行的整体稳定性弱化;2)从结构稳定性来看,Y县农田林网生态工程接近于结构稳定性状态,但凸显为低效稳定水平;3)Y县应强化农田林网生态工程的营林结构科学性、管护抚育有序性、工程效益的稳定性,以实现农田林网生态工程的多维稳定与效能增益。
Ecological Engineering of Farmland Forest Network is an artificial system project to enhance ecological security in rural areas, improve the anti-interference ability of farmland, and achieve agricultural yield increase. It is also the ecological basis for a stable and balanced agricultural ecosystem in arid areas. Through the investigation of Y County in Xinjiang, this paper designs a measure index system for ecological engineering stability of farmland forest network in arid area from the three dimensions of forest structure, management and maintenance, and project benefit. It uses ANP method to determine the index weight and build ecological network of farmland forest network Stability and structural stability evaluation model to measure and evaluate the ecological stability of farmland forest network in Y County of Xinjiang. The results show that: 1) From the perspective of operation stability, the ecological engineering of farmland forest net in Y County is basically in a fragile state, and the overall stability of the project operation is weakened; 2) From the viewpoint of structural stability, Structural stability state, but highlights the level of inefficient and stable; 3) Y County should strengthen the ecological structure of farmland forest network management structure of science and technology, care and maintenance of the orderliness of the stability of engineering benefits in order to achieve ecological farmland forest network Engineering multidimensional stability and performance gain.
