集输管线腐蚀问题一直是困扰国内各油田生产的一大难题。管线腐蚀不仅造成油气跑、冒、滴、漏等问题,造成直接损失,而且会引发火灾、爆炸等恶性事故,或影响正常生产、污染环境、浪费资源等,造成更加巨大的间接损失。因此,必须正确分析集输管线腐蚀的原因,对管线腐蚀的环境进行调查,摸清腐蚀介质的腐蚀性,合理地进行防腐保护,把腐蚀控制在最小范围内,从而延长管线和设备的使用寿命,减少改造投资,确保油田长期安全生产。 Set pipeline corrosion has been troubled by the domestic oil field production a major problem.
