高师音乐教育专业培养的是中小学音乐教师,要成为新时期需要的合格人才,首先应该在入学考试时,各科考试分值应尽量均衡,从而避免学生重技能技巧的学习而轻视基础理论学习的现象。在高师音乐师资队伍中,有些教师对中小学的音乐教育并不了解,这就必须加强高师的音乐教师与中小学音乐教师的交流与沟通。在专业课的教学上,无论技巧课还是理论课都应让学生掌握一定的教学方法,同时要重视学生的教育实习。
