碳纳米管是一种非常重要的人造纳米材料,可以携带多种功能分子进入细胞,在纳米生物医学领域显示出多种独特的应用潜能。然而,由于在复杂的生物体系内检测和追踪碳纳米管非常困难,迄今对碳纳米管进入细胞的途径、机制以及在细胞中的定位了解仍十分有限,甚至一些研究还存在相互矛盾的实验结果。本文对近年来碳纳米管与细胞的相互作用、进出细胞的机制以及在细胞内的定位等研究结果进行了归纳和对比分析,并着重对碳纳米管进入细胞的途径和机制进行讨论,以期对碳纳米管与细胞的相互作用机制获得更为清晰的认识。
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are a very important artificial nanomaterials that can carry a variety of functional molecules into the cell, revealing a variety of unique potential applications in nanobiomedicine. However, since it is very difficult to detect and trace carbon nanotubes in complex biological systems, so far the understanding of the ways and mechanisms by which carbon nanotubes enter the cells and the localization in the cells is still very limited. Even some studies have conflicting experimental results . In this paper, we summarize and compare the research results of the interaction between carbon nanotubes and cells, the mechanism of entering and exiting cells and their localization in cells in recent years, and discuss the ways and mechanism of CNTs entering into cells. Carbon nanotubes and cell interaction mechanisms get a clearer understanding.
