针对涡流阵列多激励场的理论计算问题,推导无缺陷有限厚无限大平板导体涡流多激励阵列传感器的磁场分布,应用互易定理得到理想裂纹时阵列传感器的阻抗变化解析式,提出阵列传感器线圈单元近似互感的计算式。对双激励、三激励线圈阵列传感器裂纹检测进行阻抗分析,给出了裂纹长度和裂纹中心的近似解。研制涡流阵列无损检测平台,基于实验平台验证了解析解和数值计算结果的正确性。
Aiming at the theoretical calculation problem of multi-excitation field of eddy current array, the magnetic field distribution of infinite eddy current multi-excitation planar sensor with infinite thickness is deduced. Using the reciprocity theorem, the analytic formula of impedance change of array sensor is obtained. Approximate mutual inductance of the formula. Impedance analysis of dual excitation and three excitation coil array sensor crack detection is given, and an approximate solution of crack length and crack center is given. The eddy current array non-destructive testing platform is developed, and the correctness of the analytical solution and the numerical calculation results are verified based on the experimental platform.
