以钛酸丁酯为原料,以硝酸的水溶液为胶溶剂,采用溶胶-水热法制备了TiO2粒子。考察了胶溶剂浓度、胶溶时间、水热温度及沉淀条件对粒子的晶型和形貌的影响。室温下(约25℃),强烈水解后的沉淀物用0.6mol/L的硝酸水溶液胶溶处理6h或15h,并在200℃水热处理12h所得的产物为短棒状金红石结构,胶溶时间为6h时,所制备的粒子的分散性较好。水解与胶溶同时进行时(硝酸的水溶液下),由于沉淀条件对TiO2粒子的晶型和形貌的影响较大,最终所得的粒子以球形锐钛矿为主。
The TiO2 particles were prepared by sol-hydrothermal method using butyl titanate as raw material and nitric acid aqueous solution as peptizer. The effects of peptizer concentration, peptization time, hydrothermal temperature and precipitation conditions on the morphology and morphology of the particles were investigated.
