将自制硅烷接枝母粒和催化母粒按照一定比例熔融共混,通过水煮工艺制备硅烷交联LLDPE。考察了催化母粒用量、交联温度、交联时间对交联LLDPE凝胶含量、力学性能、摩擦磨损性能的影响,并采用扫描电镜表征了试样摩擦表面形貌,探讨了其磨损机理。结果表明:在催化母粒用量10%、水煮温度70℃、交联时间9 h时,试样的凝胶含量达到最大值73.0%,相应的拉伸强度为23.3 MPa。交联LLDPE的磨耗量由纯LLDPE的25.3 g/kg降至0.5 g/kg,摩擦系数由0.62增大到0.70,耐磨损性能显著提高。
The self-made silane grafted masterbatch and the catalytic masterbatch are melt-blended according to a certain proportion, and silane-crosslinked LLDPE is prepared through a boiled process. The effects of the amount of catalyst, crosslinking temperature and crosslinking time on the content of crosslinked LLDPE gel, mechanical properties and friction and wear properties were investigated. The morphology of the friction surface was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and the wear mechanism was discussed. The results showed that the gel content of the sample reaches 73.0% at the maximum of 10%, the boiling temperature is 70 ℃ and the crosslinking time is 9 h. The corresponding tensile strength is 23.3 MPa. The wear of crosslinked LLDPE decreased from 25.3 g / kg of pure LLDPE to 0.5 g / kg, the friction coefficient increased from 0.62 to 0.70, and the abrasion resistance was significantly improved.
