翼状胬肉是临床上的常见病、多发病。目前治疗方法仍以手术治疗为主。在手术切除胬肉之后,往往包括将胬肉附着处的下面角膜浅层也一齐切除,故可引起患者术后畏光、不能睁眼、多泪、疼痛等刺激症状,给病人带来较大痛苦。为了避免这种后果,近年来笔者利用素高捷疗眼膏对其术后患者的角膜创面进行滴用,临床上收到较好的疗效,现报告如下。临床资料20例翼状胬肉31只眼,全为门诊病人。男性8例,女性12例,年龄最轻的24岁,最大65岁,双眼11例,单眼9例。一般术后1~5天内用药一次,仅在换药时滴用,拆线后开放点眼,每日4次,10日后复诊,以后视病况决定复查的间隔时间。全部病例复诊不少于4次。

General surgery within 1 to 5 days after treatment, drip only when the dressing, stitches open after the eye, 4 times a day, 10 days after referral, depending on the condition decided to review the interval. All cases of referral not less than 4 times.
