Under the background of increasing global economic imbalances, the imbalance in the balance of payments and the “double surplus” in our country has become even more pronounced. Theoretical analysis and empirical test results show that the imbalance of China’s financial structure has a profound impact on the imbalance of international payments. Therefore, it is an effective way to correct the imbalance of international payments by optimizing the financial structure.
