为改善柴油机球墨铸铁气缸套的硬度、强度、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能,运用超音速等离子喷涂和爆炸喷涂的喷涂方式在气缸套上制备了铁基涂层并对气缸套的性能进行了测试。结果表明,通过在气缸套上制备铁基涂层可以改善其机械性能并延长其使用寿命,同时采用爆炸喷涂的喷涂方式能够更为显著地提升气缸套的性能,为气缸套的实际生产设计提供了一定的指导意义。
In order to improve the hardness, strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of diesel nodular cast iron cylinder liner, the iron-based coating was prepared on the cylinder liner and the performance of the cylinder liner was tested by supersonic plasma spraying and explosion spraying . The results show that the mechanical properties and the service life of the liner can be improved by preparing the iron-based coating on the cylinder liner, and the spray coating method of the explosion-spraying can significantly improve the performance of the liner and provide the actual production design of the liner A certain degree of guiding significance.
