能力、意识、兴趣、道德观、人生观、价值观、世界观以及性格等都属于个性结构内涵,试从马克思主义关于人全面而自由发展的学说、社会发展需要角度、体育学科的实践性等多方面对体育与健康课程教学发展学生个性的理论基础暨重要性进行了论述,提出了从活动、自由、民主、需要等方面发展学生个性的体育教学策略。建议:加强体育师资培训,树立现代教学观念,探索学生个性发展的教学组织形式、方法和评价。
Ability, consciousness, interest, morality, outlook on life, values, world outlook and personality all belong to the connotation of individuality structure. From the aspects of Marxist theory of human being’s all-round and free development, the angle of social development and the practice of sports discipline This paper discusses the theoretical basis and importance of teaching personality development in physical education and health curriculum, and puts forward the teaching strategy of physical education in terms of activity, freedom, democracy and needs. Suggestions: to strengthen the training of PE teachers, establish the concept of modern teaching, to explore the individual organizational development of teaching organization, methods and evaluation.
