根据刘家峡水库三次汛前低水位排沙实测资料,分析冲刷成因,排沙效果,提出用水文预报寻求合理的排沙时机。将排沙期划分成预泄期、冲刷期和巩固期。预泄期由排沙初始水位降至1699m,流量1500m~3/s左右。冲删期水位由1699m降至1695m左右,流量采用2000m~3/s左右。预泄期和冲刷期应在流域产、汇流历时内完成,总历时约120~150小时。为了使排沙后洮河库区推移的床沙不在坝前淤积,应有一个较小流量的巩固期,其流量1200m~3/s左右,历时视上游来水、洮河来水来沙及发电等情况灵活掌握。
According to the measured data of sediment discharge before flood season under three floods in Liujiaxia Reservoir, the causes of sediment flushing and sediment discharge were analyzed.
