目的:阐述基于医院信息化管理需求和现代管理模式,运用Microsoft Silverlight技术和分层设计架构,设计构建科学、精准、资源调配合理的信息工作管理平台。方法:介绍管理平台系统的设计需求、系统架构、关键技术及实现方案、应用效果。结果:利用管理平台实现信息管理部门的高效运行。结论:管理平台为推动医院信息化建设夯实了基础,实现了科学管理的规范化、精细化、个性化。
OBJECTIVE: To describe the information management platform based on the hospital information management needs and modern management mode, and to design and construct a scientific, precise and resource-allocation information management platform based on Microsoft Silverlight technology and hierarchical design architecture. Methods: Describe the design requirements, system architecture, key technologies, implementation schemes and application effects of the management platform system. Results: The use of management platform to achieve efficient operation of the information management department. Conclusion: The management platform has laid a solid foundation for promoting the construction of hospital informatization, and has standardized, refined and personalized scientific management.
