十六大提出全面建设小康社会,这必将进一步推进浙江省的社会主义现代化建设。良好的发展环境和外部条件,给全省公安交巡工作既带来发展机遇,也带来了压力和挑战。面对这样的新形势,交巡工作要突出建机制、强科技、打基础的工作重点,从改善交通秩序、确保社会稳定、提高服务质量入手,推进各项工作的全面进步与发展,为全面建设小康社会、打造“平安浙江”创造良好的道路交通环境。
