欲更有效地利用药物,尽量减少副作用,就需要控制药物的吸收,使药物特异性地分布在体内的靶位(如特定的脏器、细胞或受体),即寻靶(targeting)。寻靶的方法很多,不仅有化学、物理及制剂学手段,而且可直至利用机体的生理学机能。本文就目前有关通过磁力寻靶,尤其是利用磁反应性药物载体方法寻靶的研究状况、临床应用及其展望予以叙述。一、寻靶与磁性药物载体采用载体寻靶最为重要的是:①药物载体能否准确地到达靶位;②到达靶位的药物能否按要求速度(能充分发挥药效的量)释放。所谓磁反应(磁性)载体,即载体中含有磁性材料
