本文通过大量试验研究,对单层厂房的空间工作作了详细分析。提出以空间受力的纵向平面框架为计算图式,规定出相应的计算原则,统一了各种单层厂房的计算方法,解决了抽柱、有天窗和多跨等单层厂房的空间计算问题,其计算结果符合实际情况。 为便于应用,已编制了计算厂房空间作用分配系数的通用程序。在具体设计时,可根据实际厂房的形常数和吊车特微,直接求得各排架的空间系数。在无电子计算机的情况下,也可采用近似的系数和实用公式。
In this paper, through a large number of experimental studies, a detailed analysis of the spatial work of a single-storey factory building was conducted. A longitudinal plane frame with space force is proposed as the calculation schema, and corresponding calculation principles are defined. The calculation methods of various single-storey factory buildings are unified, and the space calculation problem of single-storey factory buildings such as column extraction, skylights and multi-span is solved. The calculation results are in line with the actual situation. For ease of application, a general procedure for calculating the distribution coefficient of the plant space has been compiled. In the specific design, the space coefficient of each rack can be obtained directly according to the shape constant of the actual plant and the uniqueness of the crane. In the absence of an electronic computer, approximate coefficients and practical formulae can also be used.
