中共中央、国务院《关于加快发展第三产业的决定》和《全民所有制工业企业转换经营机制条例》的颁布,铁路建设又面临大干快上的喜人局面,如何乘当前大好形势,抓住有利时机,在现有基础上加速施工企业多种经营的大发展?笔者从分析本企业实际出发,谈几点粗浅认识。一、坚持多元化经营的战略方针,明确发展多种经营的方向、重点和目标施工企业的多种经营,大多是在困境中作为“权宜之计”起步,在认识和实践上经历了一个艰苦的由不自觉到自觉的转变过程,实现了由“权宜之计到战略方针”的认识上的飞跃。
The promulgation of the “Decision on Accelerating the Development of the Third Industry” by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council and the “Regulations on Changing Operating Mechanisms of Industrial Enterprises under Ownership by All Owners of the People’s Republic of China” pose a gratifying situation for the construction of railways. How to take advantage of the current favorable situation ,Accelerate the development of diversified operations of construction companies on the basis of the existing basis? The author starts from the analysis of the actual situation of the company and talks about some superficial understanding. I. Adhere to the strategic principle of diversification and clearly define the direction, focus, and objectives of diversified operations Diversified operations of construction companies are mostly started as “expedient measures” in distress, and have experienced an arduous understanding and practice. From the unconscious to the conscious transformation process, the realization of the leap from the “expedient measure to the strategic approach” has realized.
