根据壳聚糖的生物活性作用,开发壳聚糖的医院临床制剂领域。方法:利用医院现有条件将海洋动物甲壳采用高浓度碱在室温条件下长时间反应,制备壳聚糖,并研制其医院制剂。结果:经检测,医院壳聚糖制成品的脱乙酰基率达90%以上,灰分0.37%,水分0.67%,基本符合药用壳聚糖标准。根据壳聚糖的生物活性作用研制了几种医院临床制剂。结论:壳聚糖的医院制剂研究具有广阔的前景。
According to the biological activity of chitosan, the development of clinical preparations of chitosan in the field.
