为研究稀预混气体在填充床内的燃烧特性以及燃烧波的传播规律,对小球填充床内温度进行系统测量,研究流速和丙烷/空气的当量比对燃烧波的传播速度和燃烧区域最高温度的影响.结果表明,随着当量比的增大,燃烧波的传播速度减小,燃烧区域最高温度增大;气体入口流速增大导致燃烧波传播速度和燃烧区域最高温度增大.对于丙烷/空气的预混气体,贫可燃极限可以扩展到其当量比为0.15.
In order to study the combustion characteristics of lean premixed gas in a packed bed and the propagation of the combustion wave, the temperature in the packed bed was measured systematically. The effects of flow rate, propane / air equivalence ratio on the propagation velocity of the combustion wave and the highest combustion area The results show that with the increase of equivalence ratio, the propagation speed of combustion wave decreases and the maximum temperature of combustion zone increases.
