用扫描电镜、透射电镜和电子探针等研究一种新型定向高温合金DZ68中的碳化物。结果表明,铸态DZ68合金碳化物主要是MC型,以汉字状和块状分布于晶内和晶界。热处理态DZ68合金碳化物是MC型和M23C6型,其中MC型碳化物以颗粒状和短棒状在晶界和晶内分布;而M23C6呈针状在晶内和颗粒状在晶界析出。
The carbides in a new type of oriented superalloy DZ68 were investigated by SEM, TEM and electron probe. The results show that the carbide of as-cast DZ68 alloy is mainly of MC type, distributed in the shape and block in the crystal and grain boundaries. Heat treatment DZ68 alloy carbides are MC type and M23C6 type, in which MC type carbide particles and short rods in the grain boundaries and intragranular distribution; and M23C6 needle-like intragranular and granular precipitation at grain boundaries.
