用温压工艺制得了短碳纤维增强铜铅合金( C/ Cu Pb)复合轴承材料,研究了温压工艺参数对温压压坯及烧结坯性能的影响,并对温压烧结与冷压烧结及二次压制烧结所得 C/ Cu Pb 复合轴承材料的性能进行了分析对比。结果表明,温压压坯比冷压压坯具有更高的生坯密度,同时,温压烧结 C/ Cu Pb 复合轴承材料的性能与二次压制烧结材料相当而明显高于冷压烧结材料。
The short carbon fiber reinforced copper-lead alloy (C / CuPb) composite bearing materials were obtained by the hot-pressing process. The effects of temperature and pressure process parameters on the properties of hot-pressed compacts and sintered billets were investigated. The properties of the C / Cu Pb composite bearing material obtained by the secondary compression sintering were analyzed and compared. The results show that the hot pressing compacts have a higher green density than the cold compacts, meanwhile, the performance of the C / Cu Pb composite bearing materials is quite higher than that of the second compaction sintered compacts and obviously higher than the cold pressed sintered compacts.
