Researchers at the University of Sydney in Australia chose a group of men to study and found that subjects ate for an average of 9 minutes after eating Thai basmati 4 hours before bedtime and an average of 15 minutes after falling asleep one hour before going to bed ; 4 hours before going to bed to eat long grain rice slowest sleep, an average of about 18 minutes asleep.
