随着我国新会计制度的逐步推行推广,基层卫生院的财务管理也做出相应的调整,其中主要涉及到财务管理的运行体制和管理机制两个方面。同时随着我国医疗水平的日益提高以及社会对医疗卫生行业的日益关注,如何在新会计制度下创新基层卫生院的财务管理问题对于基层卫生院今后的发展就显得尤为重要。本论文将立足于新会计制度,对基层卫生院的财务管理提出一系列的创新对策,以期基层卫生院的稳定长久发展。
With the gradual implementation of the new accounting system in our country, the financial management of primary health care institutions has also been adjusted accordingly. The two major aspects are the operation system and management mechanism of financial management. At the same time, with the increasing medical care level in our country and the increasing concern of society to the health care industry, how to innovate the financial management of primary health care institutions under the new accounting system is particularly important for the future development of primary health care institutions. This thesis will base on the new accounting system and put forward a series of innovative measures to the financial management of grass-roots hospitals, with a view to the stable and long-term development of the grass-roots hospitals.
