以液相色谱中的溶质计量置换保留模型为理论基础 ,从热力学角度对反相液相色谱中同系物四种分子结构参数的收敛性进行了研究 ,推导出计算收敛点的坐标方程 ,并从热力学角度阐述了收敛点坐标的物理意义。这些参数收敛点纵坐标的自由能变均为 0。基于任何常数值与 2 .3 0 3 RT之乘积均带有能量量纲 ,故横坐标为分别用 Z和这些参数表征自由能时两者之间的补偿自由能。并进一步讨论了同系物收敛性存在的实质是在收敛点时 ,溶质的总保留自由能变为 0。用实验数据和文献数据对理论进行了验证 ,两者符合甚佳。
Based on the theoretical model of solute mass displacement retention in liquid chromatography, the convergence of four molecular structural parameters of the homologues in reversed-phase liquid chromatography was studied from the thermodynamic point of view, and the coordinate equation for calculating the convergence point was deduced. From The thermodynamic angle expounds the physical meaning of the coordinates of the convergence point. The free energy change of the ordinate of these parameters converges to zero. Since the product of any constant and 2.330 RT has energy dimensions, the abscissa is the free energy of compensation between the two when Z and the free energy are each represented by these parameters. Furthermore, the essence of the existence of the homologue convergence is further discussed. At the point of convergence, the total free energy of solute becomes zero. The theory is validated by experimental data and literature data, both of which are in good agreement.
